System Assurance, Performance & Hardening

Validating the system survives aggressive scale, deliberate attacks, and rapid code iteration.

How we build it

Playwright / Cypress end-to-end suites, K6 / Locust load tests, SAST + WAF + OWASP-Top-10 pen-testing.

Risk if omitted

Regression fragility, spike failure on launch day, exposure to SQL injection and OWASP-Top-10 attacks.

Core Backbone & Application Architecture

The engine that processes business logic, manages user state, and exposes secure interfaces.

How we build it

Multi-tenant Postgres with Row-Level Security, REST / GraphQL behind an API gateway with rate limiting and caching.

Risk if omitted

Per-customer codebase bloat, brittle ad-hoc integrations, no clean path to enterprise multi-tenancy.

Data Orchestration & Semantic Memory

Turning unstructured data into reliable, contextually retrievable machine memory.

How we build it

RabbitMQ / BullMQ async ingestion, headless-browser scraping farms, Pinecone / pgvector for RAG.

Risk if omitted

UI freezes during ingestion, context-blind search that falls back to keyword matching, missed institutional knowledge.

Layer 05

Cognitive, Agentic State & Intellectual Surface

Advanced AI reasoning, agentic state machines and multimodal pipelines — all on the Anthropic Claude ecosystem.

How we build it

LangGraph / Temporal state machines, Claude prompt caching, Claude 3.5 Sonnet multimodal pipelines.

Risk if omitted

Runaway AI loops, token bills that climb 70–90%, text-only systems that can't process screenshots or visuals.

06.

Layer 06

Application Compliance & Global Trust

The technical frameworks, encryption standards and audit trails required to legally store data and pass global audits.

How we build it

SOC 2 / HIPAA audit logging and BAAs (US), PIPEDA consent + data residency (Canada), GDPR / EU AI Act 'Right to be Forgotten' routines and risk-classification logging (Europe).

Risk if omitted

Enterprise procurement refuses to sign, HIPAA penalties accrue, GDPR fines up to €20M or 4% of worldwide turnover.
